She says " When I started #BBG in Jan 2017, I made a promise to myself to start doing everything in my power to start improving my diet and stick to BBG for at least 12 weeks and see how I like it. At week 8, I gave up! It was too damn hard, I didn’t see any physical changes in my body.😤⠀
But, I told myself that I had promised to give it 12 weeks, so I started again and NEVER LOOKED BACK!⠀

Fast forward ⏭ to current me (on week 117 of #BBG ~ 10 rounds) - I am stronger💪🏻healthy, happier than ever and most importantly I loved the girl on the left enough to fight for everything I am today.💖⠀

Moral of the story. Stop worrying about what might go wrong and think about what might go right.⠀

Para animarles más quiero decirles que hice exactamente lo mismo, cuide mucho de mi alimentación de la cual incluí comida altamente saludable e hice de ese plan un hábito, vi resultados sorprendentes en tres meses, reduje tallas e incrementé masa muscular y perdí mucha grasa a pesar que no hago ningún tipo de ejercicio, imagínense si hiciera jercicio

@charli_.morgan I think the transformation is trying to focus in the building of healthy habits. Sustaining a change is harder than we realise. Probably she looked the same in her week 20 transformation but the point is she is now consistent and has maintained the healthy state she set out for :)

@shira_saull often people are wearing clothes that they were wearing before the transformation so you're pulling your pants up because they're now falling down. Although when I look at this transformation that's the last thing I really care about. I'm loving her consistency. But that's just me?

@brad.brandl.fitness she got results much quicker, I followed her for ages. This transformation more than anything highlights her lifestyle transformation of keeping healthy habits longterm :)

Why do people act like fitness is a sprint? It isn't. She did something in 117 weeks that most people only THINK about doing. You can do it faster? Great for you, but this isn't about you.
