I don’t care how strong or fit you are they will change your life! 👊🏻🤯 This workouts burns all over but ESPECIALLY your shoulders and arms! @alexia_clark how do you get your body not to be too bulky even though you lift heavy at times? I want to start lifting but don’t want to gain huge muscles, I just want to be toned like you. Please please respond. ??

Are you naturally flexible or have you had to work at it? I can’t do a lot of your mives because my hamstrings and calves and Achilles’ tendons are too short ... do you do flexibility videos/training?

I had the bands with the handles before and they broke and busted me in the face...I’m a bit worried about that happening again.

What is the weights resistance on your bands. I have some, but doing these is tough trying to go straight out after pushing up.
