@dwrekeffect13 @oclean77 I think because Mr Porter updated their design and website they had to take some of their summersale prices away and now they have a ”40% off offer” instead. So I guess the original price from the website they had before the upgrade isn’t valid and the new price from the 40% offer is what you paid because your order got dispatched after the upgrade, hence you got overcharged. I’m just specilating and MR porter is handling this very badly, which is really sad because they usually have 10/10 customer service.

I have called your customer service 5 times today, and been placed on hold for 30 minutes only to be disconnected to without speaking to someone about being overcharged for an item, is there any way I can get a response?
