munileblanc Hi.. please this is not a way you should treat your customers.. you need your customer for your company to grow. I have placed an order from your website for the past 1 week, chose express shipping. Till date order is still processing! Sent couple of mails, still no reply! Racked up huge phone bills calling international and i am being held in a queue! When I actually get someone on the phone, they can’t help me. I read through your comments and see i am not the only one complaining. This isn’t a good customer service. This is not the way to run a company. This is unacceptable and sad. ?? @mrporterlive

raroomes ? @mrporterlive you’re marketing is impeccable and your mobile application, intuitive and user friendly. With that said, customer experience post-transaction should be commensurate with pre-sales. You can’t have one and not the other. This recent sales promotion (and the associated customer demand) has revealed some obvious deficiencies in your customer service and logistics depts. and is eroding the trust I have in your platform to ensure “holistically-pleasant” customer experience.

kaiennnnnnn @mrporterlive I NEED HELP , NO REPLY FROM MR PORTER What is happening to Mr Porter , I ordered on 17 June till now it’s been 8 days and my order is still processing, emailed them but never reply , called them never answer , anyone have same situation with me ? I’ve no idea what should I do now , this is the worst company , worst customer service !
