munileblanc Hi.. please this is not a way you should treat your customers.. you need your customer for your company to grow. I have placed an order from your website for the past 1 week, chose express shipping. Till date order is still processing! Sent couple of mails, still no reply! Racked up huge phone bills calling international and i am being held in a queue! When I actually get someone on the phone, they can’t help me. I read through your comments and see i am not the only one complaining. This isn’t a good customer service. This is not the way to run a company. This is unacceptable and sad. ?? @mrporterlive

kaiennnnnnn @mrporterlive I NEED HELP , NO REPLY FROM MR PORTER What is happening to Mr Porter , I ordered on 17 June till now it’s been 8 days and my order is still processing, emailed them but never reply , called them never answer , anyone have same situation with me ? I’ve no idea what should I do now , this is the worst company , worst customer service !

kaiennnnnnn @leanbhbeag yes exactly, I’m so disappointed how Mr Porter treat their customer. After a week, at least they could have contacted customers to formally explain the issues , and not leaving customer to chase around trying to get answers. What used to be an excellent fashion supplier has become farcical in extreme.

bloodclartmarshall @mrporterlive would be great to have a response to my email regarding my order from over a week ago. I have called your customer service and still nothing. Not what I have come to expect from you very disappointed.

leanbhbeag @kaiennnnnnn same problem here - I guess just tell everybody on as many platforms as you can! I feel stupid for using them! Seeing sooooo many posts saying the same thing!
