As I am busy looking after my beautiful baby girl, I am finding I have more of a need for QUICK WORKOUTS than ever before ( #BBGmums who feels me???). IN particular, quick workouts which can be done at home 🤗💕. For ANYONE who is short on time, this #BBG style circuit can be completed just in 7 minutes! Do as many reps as you can with GOOD technique. 💪🏻. IF you have more time, you can repeat the workout after a short break for a 14 minute FULL BODY BLAST. #POSTPARTUM⠀

Yes! My requirements when I googled workout routines after baby 2 were SHORT, TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT TO DO EVERY DAY, and CAN BE DONE AT HOME ☺️☺️☺️ Search result that I am sooooo grateful to have found: BBG!!! ??????

Did this workout yesterday as my 6wk old had floor time ?Have to say my legs are sore today! I’m slowly starting to get back to working out and it’s a doozy but proud that I have a body that can move

This is why as a mom I was ecstatic when @kayla_itsines got pregnant!!! I knew we’d get those variations some of us repeated offenders need!!! And I had my c-section just like 4 days before you Kayla

Yay. This is great and doable. My bubba doesn't sleep in the day unless in my arms so I can never get a workout in. I'm sure she'll sit for 7 mins without being bored.
