I am feeling stronger everyday and am PUMPED for the year ahead. I definitely didn’t need a “January” or a “Monday” to start getting back into fitness after pregnancy. As soon as I had clearance, I couldn’t WAIT to train again. Not to LOOK different but to start FEELING stronger again. I won’t lie, it has been so hard but I am so happy to be starting all over again (literally I’m on #BBG beginner week 3). I’ll be honest, my first session, I was very emotional. I felt SO weak and so uncoordinated (very off balance). I was tired.. BUT I was determined, motivated and excited to FEEL strong and confident in my abilities again. Exercise for me, has never NEVER been about looks - it's my job, my way of life and what makes me feel amazing. Being physically strong makes me feel confident like nothing else. I’ve been through this “post pregnancy” journey so many times with my clients and now I feel like I can FINALLY relate, now that it’s my turn. Ladies, I know I CAN do this with the support of the #BBGcommunity and so can you! Let’s ALL smash this next week!⠀ www.kaylaitsines.com/app

I had my first baby a few days after you had beautiful Arna. I had my 6 week postpartum check up last week and was excited about being able to exercise again and get fit but now im allowed im terrified. This post did make me feel better knowing that you found it hard and felt weak to start off with and is giving me inspiration to get started..... ??

I’ve been doing your workouts 3 times a week and I’m feeling so much stronger! My main reason to start working out was because my back pain and the fact I have a HUGE baby! Your workouts are intense but I’ve seen a difference after only a couple weeks.

I’ll start with you! Any advice for mums with lingering DR a few years after giving birth? Seems to be a gap in all the workout programmes out there either geared to just after birth (as soon as cleared) or normal workouts.

I think people seriously underestimate the amount of strength you loose in pregnant that takes months of gruelling work to regain! But very rewarding seeing the results. Such tiny steps but atleast we are going forward!

How soon post c-section were you when you started BBG? Should I start with the post pregnancy plan when I'm 6 weeks postpartum then ease back to BBG or are you just diving in and doing what you can?
