They forgot my dates 😡. Trying to eat 6 dates per day as I’ve read that they’re super beneficial for an easy, short and healthy labour 👊🏽 According to studies and my @shebirths course (I’ve almost finished), women who ate SIX DATES PER DAY for the four weeks leading up to their due date were more dilated when they arrived at the hospital. Plus, they LABOURED SEVEN HOURS LESS than women who didn't consume any dates. Ninety-six percent of the women who ate the fruit went into spontaneous labor and did not have to be induced. BRING ON THOSE DATES I say!

Besides the larves , dates are packed with sugar!!! This can increase the weight of the baby dramaticly in the end. Meaning that you have to deliver a bigger child. So my advice is, don’t eat to much!!

I eat dates before giving birth and I arrived at the hospital fully dilated and gave birth în half an hour ? I Don't know if dates had any effect, but it Worth Trying!

We always have a bag of dates in the fridge. We use them for smoothies as sweetener. Come on over and I’ll make u a date smoothie! ? PS, I’m also preggo ??

@sarahpele @annasellwood. Get those dates in ya when your 4wks out. They worked for me. The ‘short’ part but not so sure about the ‘easy’ part though. Haha.
