It’s something that I’ve often struggled with, Whether it’s mundane decisions like what to eat or bigger decisions like where to live. I’m beginning to understand the energetics in a new way and it’s allowing me to find more flow with my decision making. So what I’m seeing is, When we make a decision the energy can flow in that direction, We create an intentional container for growth, Even if the decision we make doesn’t lead to the outcome or feeling we desire, if we commit to it at least we get a clear reflection of that and so we can choose differently in the future But when we are stuck in limbo, Nothing can move, Things short circuit, muddle up, life is in unsure what to present us, reflecting our internal state. So we don’t get the clear lesson in the end- we just perpetuate confusion. Another part I’m learning to trust is when the instinct says ‘WAIT, it is not yet clear’, I’m seeing how this isn’t a negative thing, it’s actually like a deeper test, When we are willing to sit in the unknown, New magic always occurs, Beyond what we could have ever expected before. So my practice moving forward- Trust the strong instincts and the more subtle intuitions- even when they say ‘just WAIT’ When the clarity comes, Make the decision Commit to the container Learn the lesson- don’t worry about if it feels good or bad Through the experience I can refine the process next time.
