I went to India a few weeks ago to do a workshop called ‘Master Your Pleasure’ with @elaine_young_tantricshaman
It was 7 days of learning about different types of pleasure and increasing our capacity to experience pleasure.
One of the biggest realisations I had over this week is that it’s time for me to prioritise building a business that is really pleasurable for me as I am now.
While I keep waiting for the fashion industry to change, I’m dwelling in frustration and it’s time to put more energy into what really lights me up.
So 3 weeks later, here I am in Thailand beginning my yoga teacher training journey,
I’m not sure exactly what happens after this but it feels like an exciting step in the right direction.
What would you do differently in life if you prioritised your pleasure?
