Aya（小山内あや）さんのインスタグラム写真 - (Aya（小山内あや）Instagram)「I am back in Japan✈️ 無事帰国しました😌 さて、今回オーストラリア🇦🇺・ニュージーランド🇳🇿・フィリピン🇵🇭・マレーシア🇲🇾・シンガポール🇸🇬・中国🇨🇳から各国を代表するCrossFitアスリートやFitGen達がサムイ島に集結しました。撮影しながらのトレーニングやアクティビティを毎日💪🏻💨 こんなにハードなShootingは初めてでしたが、厳しい環境の中に身を置き、毎日沢山の刺激と大きな学び、そして今後の自分自身への成長へと繋がるべくインスピレーションを受けて帰国しました。今年は日本だけでなくアジアの皆さんへも何かしらのモチベーションやパワーを与えられる存在になれるよう頑張ります💪🏻💪🏻🔥 We have returned safely😌 All CrossFit athletes and FitGen, representing countries from Australia🇦🇺, New Zealand🇳🇿, Philippines🇵🇭, Malaysian🇲🇾, Singapore🇸🇬, and Chinese🇨🇳, gathered on Koh Samui Island in Thailand for the 2019 Reebok Summit. Every day training and doing activities while being filmed and making new friends🤝. What an honor to be part of this amazing group of athletes. It was my first time be on a training camp like this, but I have returned with lots of inspiration. I now feel ready to train hard and take advantage of all the great things I learned🧐🤩.
