2. Pulse Bent Over Row: this is a PULSE not a bounce. Control it .
3. Triple Curl: Hammer Curl, Curl and Outward Curl. Make sure you hit all 3! Don’t let your arms swing and keep those elbows pointed at the ground!
4. Circle Chest Press: watch the hand position and rotation .
