Been a while since I’ve had a #meatlessmonday but this spread from new Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant, Nha Hang Chay Hoa Tu Bi Tam, was delicious. In addition to the rice dish with ,”pork” the stars were the bánh bèo (savory rice cakes topped with carrot paste, yam, and fried tofu) and bánh xèo (savory turmeric based crepe filled with bean sprouts, mung bean sprouts mushrooms and tofu). They were bánhtastic!
