This is an Umu, a traditional way ancient Polynesians cooked in an underground oven. When it comes to social media soo many people are focussed on presenting a false version of their success. They forget to share the reality of who they are and how they achieved their success. What then happens is they create an internal conflict between who they are and who they “pretend” to be. The false image is impossible to maintain. Never forget where you came from and all the struggles to get to where you are today. The hand I used to shake hands with the Royal Family is the same hand that burns on the hot rocks as I remove food from the umu ....
