Last session completed before I fly to Tonga for training. Even managed to recycle my medicine ball for more pounding! The preparation is well under way. I’ve been working my ass off to reach that next level in all areas of life. I saw gaps and weaknesses that needed fixing. No one sees the parts where you double down and just grind. It’s repetitive and the hours are long. But, there are no medals and there is no growth without extreme work. Are you willing to work or will you stay in that comfort zone? -
