Beautiful focaccia! It can be made to fill a whole tray or shaped into a round like this one. I love the way you can change the toppings based on what's available - here I'm celebrating walnuts & oregano, as well as crunchy salty pork cracklings! Oh yes I'm taking the mighty focaccia to a whole new level!!!
