【春の訪れを愉しむ、Farm to Table】
3月21日(祝木)よりはじまります、毎年恒例の春のイベント「Spring Festival 粋」。館内レストランでは「MANKAI RESTAURANT」と題して、この時期だけの特別メニューをご用意しております。

今回ご紹介させていただきますのは、
「スラッシュカフェ」の季節限定コース。

前菜には、スラッシュカフェ自慢の農園直送野菜をご用意。
メインには肉の旨みが堪能できる「桜グラスフェッドビーフ」ディナーでは春の訪れをイメージして創作された「柑橘と魚介」もご提供いたします。
最後は、花見の余韻とともに「あまおうマリネ」「桜レアチーズ」をお愉しみください。

An annual spring event, "Spring Festival Iki" is starting from Thursday, March 21st.
The restaurants in Happo-en are preparing special menus for this limited period with a title of “MANKAI RESTAURANT ”.
The one to be introduced today is a seasonal course,
As an appetizer, the vegetables directly delivered from farms that THRUSH CAFÉ is proud of will be served.
For a main dish, in addition to “ Cherry grass fed beef”,” seafood with citrus” which is created with an image of “spring has come” will be offered.
At the end of the course, please enjoy “Marinated Amaoh Strawberry” or “Sakura unbaked cheesecake” with afterglow of cherry blossom viewing.
As we receive many reservations every year, it will be fully booked very soon also this year.
