✨this circuit was intenseeee - it takes a lot for me to sweat, and gosh darn it, this did the trick! I rely on full body circuits when I've missed a few workouts in the week - it serves as a lil' catch up day, where my whole body gets to go to work!

we're doing a total of 7 exercises, repeated entirely for 3-4 rounds. all you'll need is a set of dumbbells (I personally used two sets)

??CIRCUIT:

1️⃣bulgarian split squat: 10 reps per side
⠀
2️⃣bent-over dumbbell row: 10 reps per side
⠀
3️⃣ goblet squat variation: 10 reps
⠀
4️⃣seated single dumbbell press: 10 reps per side
⠀
5️⃣single standing hammer curl: 10 reps per side
⠀
6️⃣single elevated glute bridge: 10 reps per side
⠀
7️⃣alternating heel touch: 10 reps per side ⠀
