fact: doing this circuit alone will NOT give you cheese gratin' abs ( because working out alone won't do that for you unfortunately - fat loss, proper nourishment, and an overall active lifestyle is required)

BUT training your abs will strengthen and develop your muscles, plus circuits like these help burn additional energy. thus a good staple in a workout plan in my opinion?

1️⃣ scissor kick variation - 5 rounds
2️⃣ vertical crunch variation - 8 reps
3️⃣oblique crunch variation - 8 (4 per side)
