【watch!?】I love Japanese sake!? I really do. If you are like me, come visit the most famous local sake brewery in Otaru, @tanakashuzo_official! It was founded in 1899 in Meiji Era, and the brewery are open for visitors with free sake tasting, or you can also join a sake tour for a fee where you get to sample really delicious Otaru sake made purely from Hokkaido rice. ?

Most of the brewery work is done in the morning (imagine the scent of freshly steamed rice!) so do go early but if you arrive in the afternoon, you can also watch the brewery process from an app (watch the video to find out), how cool is that!! There are so much to learn about sake, and after this tour you are able to tell the difference between Ginjo, Daiginjo, Junmai Daiginjo and more.???
