Early morning make you hungry ?. I’m usually not a fan of miso-based ramen (I’m a Shio fan) but this Miso Horumon Ramen (bottom) at Sugatami canteen of Mt Asahidake was SO GOOD. Just slightly spicy with the chewiness of delicious horumon (instestine). I have very low expectation of food at touristy ski resorts but this totally won my heart. ?The Hokkaido-style curly noodle was a perfect match too?? If you are not a fan of offals, try the shoyu-based ramen with crispy Tonkatsu too. Really good! @asahidakeropeway
