I have been consciously making an effort to bring this dimension of life here, on social media and specially Instagram to real life. I am inspired by so many of you cooking, photographing, studying, publishing, and just making things. That’s why my focus lately has been in face to face events, cooking classes, workshops, retreats and talks (to be announced soon).
But I realized, sometimes the best thing to do — for one’s own sanity and serenity, but also other’s slow moment of leisure — is to stop, and just tell a story, in the simple manner of old fashioned blogging. I have piled up so many stories of dishes and places and travels and ingredients, sitting forever in drafts, or even still to be edited. My new goal bring these stories out of closets and put them out in the light of this spring to come.
