Bill Gates may be best known for his multi-billion-dollar tech company, but his philanthropic side took center stage at Davos.

Investing in global health organizations aimed at increasing access to vaccines created a 20-to-1 return in economic benefit, Bill Gates told CNBC on Wednesday. He added that putting that money into the stock market wouldn’t have given as high of returns.
