SHOULDERS???

this workout burned so good? lately my upper body days have been more challenging and deliberate??

the biggest thing I like focusing on in my shoulder workouts is

✅mind-to-muscle connection
✅ maintaining form

??both work hand in hand: keeping proper form allows me to isolate the muscles I want to work, and *thinking* of the muscles stimulates activation!

?here’s what I did (make sure to save it for your next workout⭐️)

?standing single DB presses (3x8 per side) make sure to keep your core tight at all times (I like placing my opposite hand on a bench to support stability)

?single DB lateral raise (3x10 per side) I prefer leaning slightly forward when doing lateral raises, again using a bench to maintain my position

?SS:
seated smith machine OHP (3x10)
leaning db lateral raises (3x10)

?rope face pulls (3x12) one of my all-time favourite exercises to hit my rear delts - I go really light with these, keeping the rep range high, and making sure I'm squeezing my rear delts as I pull the rope towards my head
