✨we're going to be hitting our quads, hamstrings, and glutes in these exercises.

⏳this workout is geared for short-on-time days and for anyone who wants to keep the tempo and their heart rate up?
⠀
?do each exercise within each superset back to back. try to keep rest between each superset within 30-60 seconds - while supersets are challenging, don't be afraid to lower the tempo to work on your form first!!! get that right before trying to speed through your reps?

✖️SS3: elevated single kettlebell glute bridge (3x10) ➡️ 2-rep banded box squats into 2-rep banded abduction (that's ONE rep) (3x10)
