Over the years my coach has always kept a meticulous log book for each season. I’ve tried to keep my own log books and I guess I’ve never really appreciated how important they are until now. Here’s a wee sneak peak at what I did at the age of 13. The main focus for the day was technique and pushing that technique over distance (technique under fatigue).
