植田夢月さんのインスタグラム写真 - (植田夢月Instagram)「・ I have to mention about our challenge to Astroman. ・ We tried Astroman again on 12th November, and I tried again Enduro Corner. I could climb higher than before, but my power ran out where the crack started getting thin. My forearms were totally exhausted, so it took too much time to go up to the anchor. We lost the chance to top out Astroman. ・ 4 days later, we headed to Washington Column to practice Enduro Corner. However my heart had already broken. I couldn't even try it. ・ I had to admit it was beyond my ability. Its severeness was beyond my imagination. I cried from humiliation. I experienced a totall breakdown. ・ If my husband leads all pitches, we could probably go to the top of Astroman. However, we thought it was meaningless to us. We want to succeed together. I'm going to train more and more towards next year. ・・ Astroman再挑戦のことについて、少し。・ 11/12、2回目のAstroman挑戦をしました。1週間ハンドジャムを封印した甲斐あって、手の甲のケガはだいぶよくなり、Enduro Cornerでは前回よりかなり高度を上げることができました。しかし、クラックが細くなってきたあたりでパンプに耐えられなくなりフォール。持っている力を出しきってしまったようで、上まで抜けるのに時間がかかり過ぎてしまい、この時点でAstroman敗退が決定しました。・ 4日後、Enduro CornerをワークするためだけにWashington Columnまで行きましたが、私の心はすでに擦り切れていたようで、こんなの登れる気がしないという感覚に陥ってしまいました。そして、トライすらせずに下山しました。・今の自分にはAstromanをトップアウトする力すらない、ということを受け入れるのが悔しくて悔しくて、頭の中がぐちゃぐちゃになって泣きました。Astromanの厳しさは想像以上でした。・夫が全てリードすれば、トップアウトできたかもしれませんが、それでは2人にとって意味が無いように思え、その選択はしませんでした。もっともっとトレーニングして、来年また対峙したいと思います。・・ #奥のコーナークラックがEnduroCorner #yosemiteclimbing #yosemitenationalpark #astroman #tradclimbing #yosemite #yosemitevalley」11月24日 5時39分
