On the menu is a stuffed hokkaido pumpkin with mushrooms, swiss chard and millet served with roasted brussel sprouts and a delicious coffee-honey marinade. For the dessert we made poached pears in quince juice and vanilla ice cream topped with a coffee-caramel.
