Sunday lunch: Oxtail with Milk Stout and Marjoram (an old favourite from How To Eat, and the recipe will be coming to the website in a month or so) along with cauliflower mash and cauliflower leaves. Had @themagicbayleaf over who is a low-carber so knew mashed potatoes would not be wanted, but am surprised how good the cauliflower mash was (added much butter and mace). #HowToEat
