こちらは先月の入門クラスで作ったスフレチーズケーキです♫
シュワっとした口どけのチーズケーキに、「キャンディ」という銘柄の紅茶を合わせましたよ☺️

そしてシャインマスカットも添えて…秋のティータイムですね♡

チーズケーキは焼いた後、一晩寝かせてから食べたほうが美味しいですよ〜?‍♀️という話をしたら、「待ちきれません！」という生徒さんたち！?
確かにそうですよね〜！みんな翌日まで待てたかな・・・?

When I told my students that he cheesecake will taste better if you let it sit overnight after baking, many of my students said they couldn't wait!!?
I understand how they feel.
