Photo by @Cristina Mittermeier | While snorkeling to photograph the comings-and-goings of a penguin colony, I suddenly felt a tap on my arm. I thought it was my fellow photographer @Keith Ladzinski who was photographing nearby. Imagine my surprise when I looked up to find this very curious blue-eyed shag chick checking me out. I had to hold back tears of laughter, as this very curious and persistent young bird looked at its reflection on my dome, pulled at the cords on my strobe's and poked me on the head with its beak.
