今週初めから４日間、 私の精神の指針である茶道の「道場」に入門しております。
朝９時からほぼ午後の４時３０分まで。簡単な 昼食を挟んで一日中のお稽古です。
自分を振り返り、自分の至らなさを見つめ、そして山の頂上を目指す心を育てる貴重な４日間です。

Starting from this past Monday, I am in the middle of a massive 4 day training session on Tea ceremony.
From 9 am in the morning till 4:30 in the evening, having a short break on lunch, I will be training for four days.
Reflecting on myself and my weak points, introspection of myself then rebuild yourself and target a summit.
Valuable four days.
