米本土のデザイン会社であるHBA、ハワイのWATG社、そして同じ会社での経験もあり、ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) の役員としてもご一緒させていただいたミギュエル・クアドロスさんと久方ぶりに昼食を共にさせていただきました。
現在は、中国系のオーシャンワイドリゾート社でシニアデザインマネージャーとしてご活躍です。オーシャンワイドリゾート社は皆さまもご存知だと思いますが、コオリナリゾートに出来るアトランティスホテルやオアフ島の西の開発、そしてビッグアイランドでの開発も手掛ける大きなデベロッパーです。
彼の最近の仕事やASIDでの活動などについてもお話しを伺うことができました。本当に大活躍です！
デザイナーとして大変刺激をいただいたお食事会でした！

I had lunch with my friend Miguel Cuadros who shared the same experiences with me at my old firms such as HBA (Mainland) and @watgdesigns (Honolulu) and who worked together with me as a board member for @asidhawaii (American Society of Interior Designers).
His current job is Senior Design Manager at a big Chinese developer, Oceanwide Resort. Oceanwide Resort is the developer known as Atlantis Resort Hotel in @koolinaresort and they are responsible for many new developments in west Oahu and on the Big Island of Hawaii.
He shared stories about his current job and activities at @asidhawaii
His activities are truly impressive!
