先日もお伝えしたキッチンとバスルームの改築についてです。
インテリアの改築において、投資した金額と物件を再販する場合の価格上昇については、物件のどの部分に改築するためのお金を投資するかによって、かなり違ってくると認識しています。
勿論、屋根や窓の修繕をすることへの投資の８０％は再販の際に戻ってくると言われていますが、キッチンやバスルームのリモデルはかなり高いパーセンテージで再販価格の上昇につながります。
ですからインテリアデザイナーとしては、キッチンとバスルームを中心としての改築をお勧めしています。
今回もコンドミニアムのキッチン、そしてバスルームのビフォー（３、４枚目）アフター（１、２枚目）を写真で紹介しています。

For interior renovations, the amount of renovation money you invest into may be reflected in the resale value of your house and renovation investments into certain areas may be greater than others.
Of course, it is very important to fix the roof and windows as they will give you back an average of 80% of your renovation investment. But investments into kitchens and bathrooms for renovation will also give you high returns compared with other rooms.
