This #SelfCareSunday is brought to you by lots of hard work to love the skin I’m in. Self love is such a hard task and something universally affecting everyone. Self love is at the center of how we allow others to treat us. It has taken years for me to feel I owned my own skin and know my worth went beyond a body. It takes work each day to not compare myself physically to others. It has taken looking within and knowing this is only a body, a shell which holds my spirit. What I reflect in the world is light from my soul. So today the challenge is to love myself a little deeper... take pride in exactly where I am at... silence the voices criticizing or comparing... and be proud of the skin I’m in! #WorkInProgress #SeekingSelfLove
