The Royal Cavalry was founded in 1974 by the Sultan of Oman, Qaboos bin Said al Said. The sprawling complex stables breeds from around the world, trained in many equestrian disciplines including Show Jumping, Carriage Driving, Dressage, Showing and Racing. The Royal Cavalry oversees equestrian sports across Oman.
