Now that I’m feeling a lot better (thanks to you sweetie peaches!) and stopped counting calories by practicing intuitive eating, I’m so glad to be working on my YouTube videos again! I really wish I would have somehow addressed my emotional problems earlier...before when I felt like really bad I would just find ways to suppress my feelings and just get my stuff done but as it turns out it doesn’t only help but makes things even worse. But as they say, it’s never too late to improve yourself!
