How I stay positive:
I think that being positive and hyper and love colorful things are part of my personality but I do get stressed, sad or even suicidal (I know not a lot of people would admit this but I’m here to say the things others don’t usually say! We’re all the same! ??) 1. Go on YouTube and look for music that makes me feel good! (I like the genre of Denpa music!
2. Drink something warm, especially when my chest hurts!
3. Remember the musical I saw at Sanrio Puroland!
4. Tell myself that there are lots people in this world and I’m not “that important”, and think about what I can do to make other people happy because bringing joy/helping others will make me happy as well!
5. Just take it easy and tell myself that eventually things will work out! Even if you plan, things never turn out like you expect it! So why should I bother?
6. Ask myself if I have been taking care of my health! If not I’ll make time for a beauty routine, exercise, a long bath!
7. Chew on chewing gum, or play with a squishy, hug a plushie!
8. Read picture books, fairy tales that have cute drawings and valuable lessons!
9. Consult an astrologer if I’m too worried about something!
10. That’s all I can think of for now! ?
