I’m so depressed recently. Even though I exercise and count calories to control my hunger my weight increased again. It’s so hard to live like this that I’d rather take my life and be born a normal person. I know that this is a very bad mindset I’m in but I don’t know how to get out, I’m just so sad and lost, I don’t know how to do anything anymore. I just want to reset my life and start all over again.
