So I decided to do #100daysofhappy for this year’s #the100dayproject. Thank you so much to everyone who voted on my insta stories! I’m going to continue drawing florals too because it brings joy in my creative space but I’m feeling the theme of 100 days of happy after starting my journey with 52 Lists for Happiness by @mooreaseal (a wonderful resource for #bulletjournal prompts too!).

So for day 2 of the #100dayproject of happy I thought I’d start off with my love of creative tools and gear. The ones shown here are among my tried and true favorites. It’s an overarching theme in my space, I know, but it never ceases to add inspiration in my day to day. I’m not sure how the next 98 days will unfold since creative tools will most likely be part of it so I might just focus on sharing little details from each day that brought my heart joy. It might not seem like the most extraordinary focal point for a challenge but I’m looking at this from a perspective of mindfully choosing to focus on the positives above negatives. It seems simple enough but I think a shift in purposeful thinking can be so transformative and I love that this is parallel with my favorite season of renewal and rebirth. Also in doing a project on happiness, I’m not going to pressure myself to make *every single day* if it just doesn’t happen but rather being intentional and embracing the journey! ?
