日をまたいでしまいましたが、しっかりとした気持ちで、あげさせていただきたかったので、どうかお許しください。

あれからもう7年…。まだ7年…。 癒えることのない心の傷と戦いながら、それでも前を向いて歩こうと、進もうとしていらっしゃる、被災地の皆さまの気持ちは、計り知ることはできないが、もしかしたら、被災地の問題自体も、課題も変わってきているのかもしれない。
廃炉の問題や、ガレキなどの撤去の問題。さらには防波堤の問題など、課題は次のステージへと向かっているのかもしれないが、しかしあの日の恐怖は、被災された方々の心の中にずっとずっと残ってしまうのかもしれない。忘れたくても、忘れられない恐怖は、どうすればいいのだろうと…。
僕はその闇を、1ミリ、いや0.1ミリすらも照らすことなどできないかもしれないが、それでも自分の歌が、支えになったと言ってもらえるような歌手を目指し、これからも温かさ、優しさを届けていきたいと、心から願っています。

そしてなによりも、亡くなられた方々のご冥福を、心よりお祈りいたします。

I know this is a day late, but I wanted to write this with my full heart. Please forgive me.
It’s already been 7 years. It’s only been 7 years since... While fighting the wounds of the heart that can not be healed, the people in the afflicted areas of the Tohoku disaster are strongly walking forward. However, perhaps the issues of the affected areas may be changing.
Problems of the waste from the nuclear reactor and its removal. These problems may be headed into the next stage, but the fear from that day may remain in the minds of the people forever.
Even if we want to forget, what can we do with this unforgettable fear....
I may not be able to brighten that darkness even a single millimeter, not even 0.1 millimeter but I still aim to become a singer who’s songs can be a support and deliver warmth and kindness.

And, above all, I pray from the bottom of my soul for the deceased people.
