What is the story written in your heart? What does it truly yearn for? This is my #bulletjournal prompt for the next day or two. I want to share some thoughts on this soon from my own journey too. It’s a bit more vulnerable, a bit messier, but it’s honest and where I’m at right now.

One thing I’ve noticed about how I approach bullet journaling: a pause and a noticeably slower pace. It makes me stop and actually ponder what I want to be mindful or intentional about expressing. And it helps me organize my thoughts more in that sense. How wonderful that a journaling system can yield as a catalyst for discovering new areas of self that have been hidden all this time like buried treasure.
