I expected change in 2017. I thought my life would transform if I simply thought about it hard enough. Sending Ambrosia was the highlight of my year and I thought everything would work out just as easily as it did on that climb. Of course, that’s never the case, and instead I hung suspended in my own fear of doing something different. I moved backwards, literally and figuratively. But in doing so I learned lessons more valuable than any hard climbs could teach me.

In 2018 I won’t expect my goals to happen. I will simply pursue them. Change is not my resolution; it will be my result. PEACE OUT 2017 ✌? and cheers to a fresh start!
