Pilates training with @songsongsongsong 🤸🏼‍♀️ I scoured my shoulder blades and hip joints over 2 hours to unravel them. After meeting my teacher, I am totally addicted to the machine Pilates. She always find my body’s weaknesses and it takes me to a good condition. It’s like my sense of body is awakening! !
