White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said on Oct. 10, 2017, that President Trump "never implied" that Secretary of State Rex Tillerson "was not incredibly intelligent." Trump was joking when he appeared to question Tillerson's intelligence, Sanders told reporters, in response to an interview with Forbes, during which the president said that if Tillerson had called him a moron—as was previously reported—that the two should "compare IQ tests." And, Trump said, "I can tell you who is going to win." Sanders said the president has "100% confidence" in Tillerson and that reporters "should get a sense of humor." Video source: CNN
