Dear Thai Followers(if you are) Have you had or heard about No Name Chicken? Thailand is my favorite country. I'm looking for the recipe for a long time. I went to Thailand 22 years ago( I was a backpacker, visited to Thailand three times for one month each) I ate it Koh-Tao. Next winter, I'm going to Bangkok again, I'll get spice/seasonings at supermarket if someone know the recipe.
