I went to Jiro Style (二郎系ラーメン)Ramen shop last weekend. Jiro Style Ramen is basically garnished with a lot of toppings such as boiled egg, fried garlics and soy bean sprouts on top of the noodles. ....Yes, that was toooo much and oily for me???
