#bbgprogress ?? @bbg_rn31 progress using my #bbg program ? She says “One year ago today, I made a decision to start Kayla Itsines bikini body guide! Who knew that it would be one of the best decisions I ever made! .
It's my #kaylaversary you guys !!! I never imagined that a year later I would be even more committed to living healthier and making fitness a priority.
The best part is that working out isn't a chore. It's just something I do now. I do it because it makes me happy and bc at the end of each workout I have never felt regret!
What I have felt though is determination, happiness, pride, and self love. When I look in a mirror now, I love who I see. And that counts for ALOT! .
