Join us for #RauschenbergAmongFriends, the first 21st-century retrospective of the artist’s six-decade long career. Robert Rauschenberg worked in the gap between art and life, bringing the stuff of the everyday world into his art and shaping artistic practice for decades to come. From May 21-September 17, our 4th floor galleries will serve as testaments to the friendships and artistic exchanges that characterized his work—hosting over 250 paintings, sculptures, drawings, prints, photographs, and sound and video recordings.
