私たちは、個人スポンサーの掲出禁止に反対します！！ We are against JMSCA's decision that prohibit us from wearing personal sponsor logos 　私たち日本代表選手は、これまで国際試合において、代表ベスト等へ個人スポンサーのロゴを掲出してきましたが、今般、日本山岳・スポーツクライミング協会により、一方的に国際試合における個人スポンサーの掲出を制限されようとしています。　個人スポンサーの方々には、スポーツクライミングが今ほどメジャーとなる前から応援していただき、今もこうして世界の舞台で活躍できているのは、個人スポンサーのおかげです。私たちが選手として活動していくためには、個人スポンサーの支援が必要であり、国際試合においても個人スポンサーの掲出を続けていきたいと強く思っています。　私たちは、選手の意向も取り入れてほしいとこれまで協議を続けてきましたが、突如、協会から規約に従わなければワールドカップに出場させないとの通告があり、非常に難しい状況になっています。　私たちとしては、個人スポンサーのみならず、協会のオフィシャルスポンサーも大切だと考えており、話し合いを通じて全てのステークホルダーが良い関係を築いていければと考えています。 We, members of Japanese national team, have been wearing logos of our personal sponsors on our national team uniforms in international competitions. However, Japan Mountaineering and Sport Climbing Association (JMSCA) is now trying to limit us from wearing personal sponsor logos in international competitions. We owe so much to our personal sponsors for supporting us from the time Sport Climbing was not as popular as now, and we still need their support to continue our activity as athletes. Therefore, we strongly wish to keep wearing their logos in international competitions. We have been continuing our discussion with JMSCA to gain understanding about our request. However, they have suddenly sent us notice that unless we follow their rules, they will not allow us to compete in the World Cup. Therefore, we are currently put in a very difficult situation. We consider the official sponsors of JMSCA as important as our personal sponsors. Therefore, we only wish to build a good relationship between all stakeholders by thorough communication. #keepownsponsors
